The school is operated by a cooperative, the Casuarina School Cooperative Limited, the membership of which is mostly made up of parents and teachers. An elected board of up to eight directors is responsible for governing the school. The College of Teachers and Head of School manage the educational and cultural life of the school, and the Head of School oversees the day-to-day operation of the school and its staff.
